The Brady High School Senior Class of 1955 gathered at Lawake Inn on Saturday July 5 to mark their twenty year reunion with a steak dinner and displays from school days. Bill Ricks chaired the event as master of ceremonies and salutatorian Mrs. Fletcher Fields read the class will. A future 1980 sixty fifth year reunion was planned as twenty five of fifty eight members attended with numerous spouses present.

Three people were treated and released at Heart of Texas Memorial Hospital after a two car crash on U S 87 West Tuesday night. James Barton of Odessa drove a pickup eastbound when it veered and collided with Elizabeth Mallow of Alvin. Barton Mallow and her daughter were hospitalized briefly for treatment.
