Brady Presbyterian Church shifts its Sunday School to the old A. B. Reagan home south of the church on South Blackburn after purchasing the property. The move frees space, with new classes for younger children and a nursery, while church men redecorate and install a new roof. Brady High Bulldog Band encampment trips to Garner State Park
Sixty two band students and five adults will travel from Brady High School to Garner State Park near Uvalde for the annual summer encampment. They depart Tuesday at 7:30 am and return Thursday evening, leaving instruments at home to enjoy swimming horseback riding hiking dancing and games. The group will elect five majorettes for next year on the first night.
