Sixty four golfers from local clubs will compete Saturday and Sunday at Brady Municipal Course in four flights. Hearts Texas Golf Association sponsors low ball medal play with prizes including woods for first, golf bags for second, and golf balls for fourth. Teams may begin Saturday with scores used to seed flights. Sunday features shotgun starts for flights two and three and an afternoon start for the champion and first flight.

Brady High School seniors David Ricks and Armando Ynostroza were chosen by the Brady Rotary Club to attend a Rotary International Student Congress in Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras March 18 20.
