Storm Hits Bowie Wednesday Night
A high velocity wind damaged out-buildings and trees at about eight pm in Bowie. A new board fence at Pelham Camp Park collapsed onto the highway and near the Denver tracks. Final Debt Paid on Methodist Church in Louisville
Members of the Methodist Church paid the final debt of 1500.00 to the General Board of Church Extension in Louisville Kentucky. The rebuilt church after the October 1927 fire now opens with an auditorium seating over 500 and Sunday School capacity for 1 000. Plans include a near future dedication.
