Dallas Texas June 1 grass at the Texas Centennial Exposition opening June 6 will be treated to be chigger proof officials announced. The exposition runs through the month featuring displays and events in Dallas.
Orville 5S Carpenter, head of the old age assistance commission, estimated at least 800000 will be paid to Texas needy aged in July when the pension system starts. Payments will range up to 30 dollars monthly, likely averaging around 20, based on individual need. Total funds for payments, about 2500000 to 3000000, come from state and federal sources.
