New York September 26 Judge Albert H Gary chairman of United States Steel Corp said late tonight no negotiations had taken place between the Department of Justice and the Steel Corp regarding dissolution or disintegration of the company.
A board statement by United States Steel Corp denies any dissolution or disintegration plans. It asserts the firm was formed for business reasons, complies with laws, and respects competitors and customers. The decapitated body of John Gilson aged 6 son of Phil lip Gilson of 17t K street South Boston was found on the Boston Elevated railway tracks on Fourth street near L street about 7 10 p m. Motormen George Woodman and William Connors notified police at Station 12 and the body was taken to the station.

Suffragists lose in Ward 19 with McInerney renominated.
