Lowell September 18 The State Normal school of Lowell is now under construction after drawings approved August 15. The 178 foot front building with 64 by 104 feet main section and wings 37 by 74 feet features gray brick exterior granite underpinning Indiana limestone trim and a terra cotta cornice. Late last night Adolph Rebur was attacked near Beachstreg by two men who robbed him of his watch. An officer captured one suspect at the station who claimed to be William Kelly, 25, of 9 Albany Street. Rebur's watch remained missing and Kelly was held on the robbery charge.
