No 1 Invincibles Arrested in France Dynamite Plot Charged
London reports P J Tynan the No 1 Invincible was arrested at Boulogne on a warrant from 1882. He is charged with dynamite bomb manufacture for England and linked to Bell and Wallace in a Fenian dynamite conspiracy. Tynan arrived in Europe in August, was identified by a detective, and will face Boulogne extradition proceedings. Bell was already captured in Glasgow and Wallace in Rotterdam.
