Brockton Sept 11 The Brockton division local of union employees of the Eastern Massachusetts Street Railway Company voted unanimously to oppose a strike in protest of public trustees refusing to submit the wage dispute to a new arbitration board after a recent National War Labor Board award. Members condemned the joint conference board sub committee for calling a special meeting to discuss a strike.
