Marriage intentions filed at City Hall reveal a fire department romance. Fire District Chief Francis J. Jordan, formerly of South Boston and now in Dorchester, will wed Emma F Bean, widow, Sept. 19 at St Monica's Church Dorchester with a nuptial high mass.
