Mass grand lodge elects new officers at session
The Massachusetts Grand Lodge I O O F held its annual session with 172 degree candidates and elected Rev William F Jusseault of South Acton as grand master. New officers include Newell D Johnson deputy grand master, Charles N Buchell warden, John A Perkins grand secretary, J Lawrence Martin grand treasurer, and Bentley Young trustee of funds. Reports show halls dedicated in several cities and 206 official visitations. Membership declined from 61 349 to 52 021 mid 1900 with a net annual gain of 468 members.
