Joseph F Wilson of Somerville and longtime Somerville Cambridge real estate dealer died at Bayside near Nan tasket after a paralytic stroke. He was 74. He originated the system of buying and selling houses on the instalment plan and built many homes in the area. His Boston office was 247 Washington Street for thirty years.
