James H. Fitzpatrick, a State street stock broker, recently inherited 250000 dollars from his father Frank X. Fitzpatrick of Cambridge. He is in financial difficulties as creditors move to attach accounts. Continued on Page 21.

In Boston late today officials of the company and local union leaders, including President Patrick Mooney and Second Vice-President John P. O'Brien, reached terms after a walkout that began after midnight. The old wage pact of 54 cents per hour had expired September 1, and offers ranged from 51 to 52 cents with arbitration proposed. The union leaders urged the men to accept a settlement as they pressed for an improved rate.
