Sanitary Plant Operation Progress Amid Fire Damage

Patrolman Bert L. Witherbee Dies of Typhoid Fever

Patrolman Bert L. Witherbee aged 38 of 1519 Tremont street in the Tenth Division died at 6 o'clock last evening from typhoid fever. The death ends a long service with the police department. Born and raised in the city, Witherbee served the public for many years and is survived by his family.
