Louise Seastrand two and a half, daughter of Rev. August F. Seastrand of East Boston Lutheran Trinity Church, was killed when a semi convertible street car struck her while she ran to greet her sister Viola at 270 Lexington Street. Motorman Joseph Dolliver is held for manslaughter. Fleming the conductor is cited.

Autoist Lynch Receives Jail Term and Fine
Charles J. Lynch a 60 year old Back Bay resident was sentenced by Judge Burke in Municipal Court to one month in Charles Street jail and fined 215 dollars for operating an automobile while intoxicated and other violations. He appealed and was held in 500 dollars for the Superior Court.
