He reported a vague letter from Rimbach and pledged independent handling of the crisis.
At yesterday’s meeting Mr. Gahm stated that bankruptcy proceedings will not be instituted. He will undertake to conserve the assets and bring the business to a profitable point so that all creditors will be paid in full.
