Reformed Episcopalians Organize Brighton Church
A Reformed Episcopal Church society formed yesterday in Brighton at the Grand Army Hall on Washington Street. It plans a branch church soon, following a Cambridge example. Rev. James M. Gray and Rev. H. Tucker led the service, espousing the original church trend and criticizing broad churchism and ritualism. Names of new adherents were collected, with local supporters Adams of Brighton and Dobbs of Allston aiding organization. Next Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Rev. C. H. Tucker will lead another service.
