The Rossney Gas Saving Company guarantees each regulator to show as large a percentage of savings as trial tests indicate within five years. If the machine fails to meet the tested savings or becomes inoperable by sticking with gas tar, it will be removed and the purchase price refunded. In four years on the market no sticking up issue has occurred.
Washington reports cautious signals along the Atlantic coast from Norfolk to Eastport. Forecast through Tuesday evening calls for rain in Maine New Hampshire Vermont and New England rain on the coast with winds northeast and stationary temperatures. Eastern New York should clear with winds turning northwest.
