Vice Admiral Dartige du Fournet presented an ultimatum to Greece demanding surrender of the entire Greek fleet except the armored cruiser Averoff and the battleships Lemnos and Kilkis to the entente allies by 1 PM Wednesday.

Nine year old Francis Burke of Somerville attempted to jump aboard a moving freight train near Somerville Junction. He slipped beneath the wheels, losing his right leg below the thigh and later having his left leg amputated at Somerville Hospital. He remained in critical condition. His aunt Nellie E Cotter rushed from her Lowell Street store to the scene and, in distress, carried the severed leg to the hospital wrapped in her apron.
Elias Maloof of Brookline was arrested in Haverhill after threatening to kill his wife during a moving picture show. He was locked up at the police station on charges of making threats amid the couple leaving the theatre.
Maloof, separated from his wife, called her in Haverhill and urged a theater visit. He threatened to kill her if she did not return home, sat beside her with a loaded revolver, and was detained by police when outside the theater after guards alerted authorities. He is 25. they were married six years.
Miss Agnes Sullivan of 130 Huntington avenue was accosted at 9 30 pm as she crossed the New Haven tracks at Follen street. A man seized her arm and a second snatched her handbag containing $25 before the pair fled toward the South End. Police are seeking two men described by the victim.

Investigation into last night dynamiting of St Stephen's Church sent police to Milford twelve miles away. The blast endangered Sunday school teachers and the curate Rev. Thomas G Garrahan. Police suspect a local anarchist band tied to recent Milford labor disturbances.
Deputy Chief George E K Neal and State police officer Thomas F Eustace joined Framingham police chief William H Holtrock in an investigation into a Milford strike where men rode threats against Father Garraghan and the Rev John F Heffernan. Surveillance was placed on several Milford men as officers sought the paper bearing the note. An arrest may come tomorrow as police work to identify the note’s origin.
