August Waldimer a 46 year old German canemaker living in Franklin Mass shot himself at Alderman David A Barry's saloon 1146 Washington street yesterday after drinking heavily. He collapsed from the first shot and was taken to City Hospital where doctors expected recovery though he gave no reason beyond stating he was drunk.
