Kilmartin and McLaughlin Convicted in Somerville Assault
In Somerville Police Court John Kilmartin and Frank McLaughlin were arraigned and tried for assaulting Mrs. Sarah Colbert and Miss Agnes Morris after an incident at Medford street and Partridge avenue last Sunday night. Judge Story found them guilty on two counts, each fined $5 per count, with bonds of $200 to keep the peace for six months. Both appealed and were ordered to recognize $500 each.
