Weston sued for breach of mutual marriage contract with Miss White
The case centers on Mr Weston denying a mutual marriage agreement with Miss White after years of dating and attention. He says he later married another woman and did not intend marriage with White. Evidence includes described meetings, trips to beaches and trolley rides, and loving postcards and a fishing trip letter sent to White.
