Badger hosted a dinner aboard the Wyoming with Italian naval officials and other officers aboard a Dutch warship noted in attendance. The harbor’s warships were illuminated for the visit.

Pope Pius Welcomes 250 American Sailors in Rome

Teachers Gain Right to Return After Voluntary Resignations
