Discharged In Serious Case After Knife Death Trial
Ung Shi Ging, a technology student, died after a boning knife was thrust into his brain in his room at 145 Harrison Avenue on April 18. The trial heard the victim lived for minutes and was conscious when found. Fong Jow and Ang Lock faced first degree charges. three other Chinese men were discharged for lack of evidence. The body was sent to China and the trial resumed the next morning.
