Citizens form reform ticket in Boston mayor race

About thirty civic leaders met at Parker House to organize a citizens movement with Warren Fletcher as chairman and T. J. Harper as treasurer. They nominated Bordman Hall as a citizens candidate for mayor and pledged reform, economy, and opposition to waste and corruption in city government.
