Recent sales include Ashburton place properties and a Union Park house, while Cambridgeport to Back Bay bridge plans push Cambridge land values higher. Desirable Harvard square building lots remain in strong demand, and Cambridge street land gifts boost city values as an elevated road may attract riders.
