Etta Mulligan Attacks Landlord’s Wife at Malawi Eatery
Etta Mulligan, previously employed as a table girl at Harris Amazeen’s eatery near the depot in Malawi, assaulted Mrs. Amazeen after being refused service. A large tray was hurled at Mrs. Amazeen, and Mulligan allegedly attacked the wife with a knife, injuring her hands, and struck her 15-year-old daughter Florence, leaving a black eye. The case is expected before the district court Friday morning.
