Charles Tilford known as Kid Miller William Frost alias Foster and Henry Moore alias Wilson were arrested for being disorderly and sent to prison for six months. Moore carried a bill payable to Kidder Peabody for 250 pounds and a 50 share Endowment Mining Co. certificate. Frost had a list of bank presidents and cashiers in the U S and Canada. Tilford possessed a memo with Canadian bank officers names and attempted to destroy it.
