West from the provinces came to Lynn a week ago was arrested for drunkenness and sent to hospital for delirium tremens before returning to the lockup awaiting court tomorrow. He claims money from fishing out of Gloucester and Boston and says confidence men in Juneau and St John N J fleeced him, leaving him nearly penniless. He will be checked for sanity tomorrow with possible transfer to Danvers Asylum if insane.
