In Freetown on May 5, Andrew J. Webster known as the millionaire miser recluse, laid out his own modest grave with a headstone he hauled to his backwoods farm behind a rattle-trap wagon. His mare Dinah pulled the wagon, her patched harness more rope than leather, while he prepared for burial in seclusion.
In South Boston this morning a district court case questions chimney brick ownership and trespass by a radiophone antenna dispute between neighbors George Duane and Guy Carroll both West Fifth Street residents. Duane seeks to protect his antenna while Carroll asserts partial brick ownership and rights to cut wires claiming trespass.

The judiciary committee yesterday reported a resolve for a special commission to study jury service by women. It would include two Senators, four Representatives and four Governor appointments to investigate housing, cow houses and facilities needing enlargement or alterations if women serve as jurors.
Henry P Davison senior Morgan partner to be operated on at noon tomorrow for removal of a tumor on the auditory nerve near the brain. He was first operated on for intracranial pressure August 12 at Roosevelt Hospital when the tumor was found but not removed.
Trustees vote to proceed with construction of a new dormitory at Dartmouth College in Hanover New Hampshire. The facility will be located north of Hitchcock Hall and is planned for completion by fall 1923.
Washington May 65 Lieutenant Harold F Selden of this city and Ensign Miller of the bureau of aeronautics were drowned when their naval seaplane collided with Lieutenant Commander C Y Johnsons aircraft off the Anacostia naval air station. Johnson and his mechanician Cc W Jacobs escaped. Selden was testing a new propeller about 500 feet up. Seaplane fell into the river. Johnson landed in the water and was wrecked. Rescuers pulled Johnson and Jacobs from the river.
Irene Menges, 20, was rescued from an iron sheeted shed on her father Jacob Menges farm near Crestline. Sheriff Kauppenberger and Crestline marshal released her after two years in confinement. Brought to Bucyrus, she is under care and has not spoken since release. Her father asserts she is mentally unbalanced and needed restraint.
Taken into custody, master burglar ADDED PRECAUTIONS in Cambridge as authorities, including Goldstein and McLean, pursue lead details in a coordinated operation. Police emphasize unit collaboration and plan further action to resolve the case.
The so called Lone Wolf burglar who for three weeks has terrorized Cambridge and nearby towns made three attempts to enter homes in Cambridge on Thursday evening. Samuel Goldstein and Herbert McLean, arraigned in Central Court yesterday on breaking and entering charges, have confessed to numerous breaks but are not the master burglar.
Goldstein remains in police custody since early Wednesday with authorities continuing to question him about the incident as investigations proceed.
Special Officer Healey and Officer Joyce from East Dedham patrol the South End and stop at a fruit store at 1458 Washington Street backing the station. They seize three gallons of alleged moonshine and arrest 19 year old George Delaney of East Canton Street who works in the store.
