Bridgeport March 30 The Nancy A Guilford trial adjourned as the state wrapped eight days of testimony. Detectives described room conditions and carbolic odor, a saw, and the possibility the murder occurred at the Guilford home. Witnesses identified remains, signatures, and telegrams while the defense challenged Perkins identification. Langdon Smith found guilty of contempt and fined five days in jail.
