Harvard to the second university to adopt the idea
Harvard plans a second university adoption of the idea. The Hasty Pudding show The White Elephant will be staged this spring with four principals in dresses and a chorus of girls. R Whistler leads the feminine role with three others, Cabot Jr, HE Douglas, and Hodges in key parts. Chorus changes due to last year’s performers seeking wigs and corsets. The plot involves men in Siam selling their wives and a soulmate who threads the tale. Retirement marks for Munro, Ellsworth, and Hayden after their Pudding acting.
