Foley 21 of 301 Albany Street at 11 o clock last night for assaulting Joe Sam Chinaman of 14 Dennis Street at the corner of Beach and Washington Streets. The Chinaman was attacked by Foley and a companion and the officer came to the Celestial's rescue. He arrested Foley as he did so.
