The Rialto captain Akester was stranded near Nobska lighthouse early Sunday. The Mercury towboat hauled the vessel into deep water at 9:40 a m and lightered much cargo. Rialto was towed to Vineyard Haven for inspection with potential return to Baltimore for repairs if the hull can be made watertight.
