Superior Court Roundup Sees Guilty Pleas Across Reports

Time changes on Fitchburg Hoosac route June 21

The Fitchburg Hoosac tunnel time changes will occur on June 21. The Pacific express will depart Boston at 7 P.M. instead of 6 P.M. and reach Chicago at the current time, saving an hour. The 3 P.M. fast limited via West Shore and Niagara Short Line will reach Chicago at 8:50 the next day, totaling about 10 minutes faster than any Boston to Chicago run. The last Saratoga train moves to July 6, leaving Boston 10:30 A.M. and arriving at 5 P.M. with a 30 minute Athol dinner, making a long run. Saratoga excursion rates are kept low by Fitchburg management as before.
