Senate debates paper tariff amendment against Canada

In Washington on June 6 the Senate finance sub committee led by Senator Johnson of Maine discussed the Underwood tariff bill paper schedule. It is reported that a retaliatory duty on print paper valued at no more than 2 1/2 cents a pound is being seriously considered.
