Wisconsin Central Trustees Defend Bondholder Rights in Reorganization

Trustee E H Abbot of Wisconsin Central Railway asserts against bondholder Hollister that the suits challenge a minority holder seeking advantage. Abbot notes bonds rose from 22 to 27 dollars to over 110 dollars, stock moved from 1 to 150 then 27 to 30, and claims bondholders profited more than new-line investors.
