A full day program lists the Starr Family Association departure from Rowe's Wharf for Plymouth and Duxbury, a Grand civic and trades parade, and a 2 p m lecture at Old South Meeting House on Town Meetings and the Tea Party by Professor James K. Klosmer. Evening features include a reception by the Massachusetts Charitable Mechanics Association with an illustrated talk on Boston in American Musical History by Professor Louis C. Elson, an organ recital at the First Church of Christ Scientist, a band concert at Jamaica Pond, a Fairbanks family supper, vaudeville at Sons of Veterans HQ, dedication of a new 3 million dollar Cambridge bridge with illumination and fireworks, and a reception by the Grand Lodge I O O F.
