London July 24 The Hon Walter Yarde Buller continues divorce action against Leilah Kirkham. Under cross examination he admits writing a June 1893 letter asking forgiveness for his weak and cruel conduct and that the letter stated the truth. He says he asked a doctor to examine his wife’s sanity and that he wrote to his brother admitting he wrongly accused her of excessive drinking. He claims no bruises except in self defense.
