Funeral services for the Rev John F Walsh who died at Carney Hospital were held at St Marys Church Cambridge. Bishop Anderson presided with Rev Doody as celebrant. Three Killed En Route to Church in Illinois Train Collision
Three people died when a northbound Chicago and Alton train struck a buggy carrying Mattie Ryan and her two children, Stuart and Lilli, as they headed to church a mile south of Jerseyville, Illinois.
