Alkali in Soap Bad for the Hair
Soap should be used very carefully for hair care as alkali dries the scalp and harms hair. Pure liquefied coconut oil soap is suggested as best for daily use, providing rich lather and thorough cleansing without residue. A small amount cleanses the scalp and leaves hair soft, shiny, and easy to manage.
