Readville Races Open Today With Record Entry
The Readville track opens today at 1 9 with the first race at 2 o clock and four days of racing to follow. About 1000 horses valued near three quarters of a million dollars will compete as East trials run daily and a new grandstand addition will enlarge capacity to 15000 18000. Trains from South Station depart hourly and the card features a $500 225 pace and a $500 230 trot among others with riders and owners listed for multiple entries.
