A dilapidated baker's wagon described by Somerville police as a barroom on wheels was seized on Knapp street. Louis Rubin, 28, of Charlestown, was arrested for bringing liquor into a no-license city with intent to sell after inspectors found beer and whiskey aboard during a noon search.
