Frank J. Rifford 22 is to be arraigned in Municipal Court today for allegedly enticing 16 year old Ruth M. Stone from her home. He was brought back by Sergeant Irwin from Springfield where the girl had been taken after being confined at 21 Gray Street for three days with little food or water.

Funeral Service for Joseph C. Kimpton

Man killed by coal bucket at Everett wharf

George Desmond aged 40 colored was fatally struck in the heart by a coal bucket while helping unload the steamer Rossiano at the New England Gas and Coke Company wharf in Everett. He lived at 88 Williams Street Malden and stood on the wharf when the bucket swung from the vessel.
