Banker Ditman’s Body Found In Schuylkill River
The body of Joseph G. Ditman, president of Quaker City National Bank and major shareholder in W F Shaw Music, was recovered from the Schuylkill River. A diamond ring and gold watch stopped at 11 46 were on the body, with wallet contents and papers including a card for notifying a mutual accident association. It was unclear whether death was accidental or suicide. an autopsy will follow.
