Plummer Faces Bigamy Charge In Everett Court

William J. Plummer of Everett stood in Malden District Court to answer why he wed Myrtle B. Wigmore while a wife and child remained in Woburn. He sought a lawyer, the case was continued to Monday, and he was held on $1000 bond as he claimed his first wife Anna Mooney Plummer might be dead. The marriage to Wigmore occurred on Oct. 28, 1910, police said.

Shea’s property by city laborers without payment. The executive session verdict ordered Shea to repay the city 9.28.
