Campaign Opens for Citizens' Municipal League in Charlestown

Walter L. Collins John J Attridge and Lewis J Hewitt led the kickoff meetings in Charlestown as part of the Citizens' Municipal League campaign. Collins recalled securing 80 000 for a Ward 5 playground and 44 000 for Dewey Beach improvements while Hewitt touted organized labor endorsements and Attridge praised the nine member charter.
