First Supreme Court Income Tax Case Docketed
The Supreme Court docketed the first suit on the income tax law today. It appeals a Federal District Court of northern Illinois ruling that it lacked jurisdiction to hear Elsie DeWolfe versus Continental and Commercial Trust Company to stop payment of the tax on constitutional grounds.
