Chelsea Thefts Drag Through New Year in Boston

A gang of thieves struck Chelsea while residents were away for New Year celebrations, stealing about 5000 in money and jewelry. Maurice Goldstein 188 Arlington Street lost 2000 in bills a gold watch a locket and chain a ring and a tailor made suit. David Feldman at 1 Vale Street reported a watch gold chain and pendant plus silverware and clothing taken. Several other breaks were reported citywide.

Man Hangs Self in Dark Room at St Paul Lumber Plant
