Brockton Trade Delegate Urges State Supervision for Rates

Man Falls At South Boston Sugar Refinery Fatal

John Scanlan of 262 Broadway South Boston an employee of the American Sugar Refining Company fell from the refinery roof on Granite Street around 2 45 pm yesterday. He suffered a compound skull fracture and died en route to Emergency Hospital.
